Free Designed Website For Charity

Yes - its that time of the year again where Kiswebs give away a free website to a deserving charity.

We will fully design the website, and develop a Content Management System (CMS) that allows the charity to make changes to their website design and content as and when they wish. We will then train the charity on how to make changes to their new designed website and support them from there on in. Hosting and domain name will also be free - basically everything a charity needs for their new designed website.

ENABLE Glasgow is a membership organisation which works with people with learning disabilities, their carers, and other supporters in order to make sure that people with learning disabilities in and around Glasgow have the best possible opportunities to get the most from life.

We do this by providing a range of services that reflect the needs and aspirations of the people who use them.  We don’t aim to become a large service provider – rather, we help develop services that our members tell us they want and need.

Another key part of our work is to support our members and supporters to campaign on issues that affect them, locally and nationally.  We also provide information and advice, and provide a forum through which people with learning disabilities and their carers can find mutual support.

Darlinda‘s Charity for Renal Research was the vision of one special woman...

Rita Madhok - who was known professionally as Darlinda - was the astrologer/psychic known to millions of newspaper readers for her weekly column in the Sunday Mail, Scotland‘s biggest-selling newspaper.

Through the column, her broadcasting and personal appearances, Darlinda became a household name.

When she was hit by a series of health problems - and in particular renal failure - Rita decided to give something back to the hospital and the carers who looked after her through months of ill-health which included renal dialysis and a kidney transplant.
